CITY VISITS LIEGE-NAMUR-LILLE

We organize communicative city visits for groups of pupils from secondary schools. These visits take place from September to June. Our team consists of young animators from the city or its surroundings. They guide groups of maximum 10 youngsters in an active way.

Each pupil receives a "carnet de bord", a small book that summarizes what they have done that day. The teachers get a small folder with the necessary information.

The city visits are organized for pupils from the first to the sixth year of secondary school. They cost 135 euros per group of maximum 10 pupils and last a whole day (10-16h). The school takes care of the transportation to and from the city. In the agenda you can see which days are already taken.

GOALS

With these city visits we aim to reach 3 goals:

  1. To show the youngsters the many faces of the city
  2. To make sure they enjoy themselves, because the city visits are a playful activity, which boosts the French language learning
  3. To make the youngsters speak; the games and tasks they have to fulfill (and which are adapted to their specific level) make sure they have to speak French!

In short, the city visits are privileged moments in which the youngsters do not only learn a language, but also get to know a different culture and all of this happens while having fun!
