Help, I haven't heard anything from my child

Children under 12 are not allowed to bring their mobile phone to camp. Young people over 12 are.

The mobile phone stays in the room so your child can enjoy the language workshops, games, sports and excursions 100%. Every day, the counsellors set aside a moment when your son or daughter can send a text or message.

On the first day of camp, you will receive an email address and phone number so you can contact the counsellors in case of emergencies or questions.

Every day, our counsellors write a blog and post photos. This way you can closely follow your child's adventures.

So, if your child doesn't reply to your messages straight away, that's very good news. It means your son or daughter is having a fantastic time at camp.
